Pam's method can be performed using tools and materials you probably already have; if you don't have old books lying around, Goodwill and other thrift stores are great resources for these. You'll remove the pages from the books with a utility knife, using Pam's detailed and illustrated instructions. If you want a clean look, you can glue a paper lining to the inside covers, then punch holes in the covers for your hanging strap and hinges.
