This pillow is really similar to one sold by Naked Decor (also on etsy at http://www.etsy.com/shop.php?user_id=5603397 and on www.nakeddecor.com).

Should also mention that the Naked Decor version of this pillow is half the price AND has the union jack on the reverse (though admittedly his pillows are silk screened onto cotton rather than hand sewn wool).
